Do I have to book the tour in advance?
Advance purchase is available and highly recommended as the cost to book in advance is 25-50% less than the walk-up price. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please buy your tickets well in advance. Advance tickets can be purchased online or over the phone using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Pedicab rickshaws are environmentally-friendly tricycles powered by the driver's legs. Pedi-cab = Pedal-cab. Riding a pedicab in Central Park is one of the most unique and memorable sightseeing experiences in NYC.

To see some of the highlights of Central Park could take 1 hour, but here are some other options.

On the 1-hour tour, includes stops at these highlights:

How many people fit a single pedicab rickshaw?
A single pedicab can carry up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and up to 2 kids under 8 years old (the pedicab has a capacity size of 3 adults max).

If we are a group of 6 adults, how many pedicab rickshaws do we need?
There will be 2 to 3 pedicabs available for your party.


Do you have a Pedicab Weight limit? or How much weight a Pedicab Rickshaw can hold or carry?
A Pedicab can hold or carry a combine weight of an total of 500 lb.


Are children allowed to ride in the pedicab?
Yes, children of all ages are allowed to ride in the pedicab.

If I am bringing a child, what kind of ticket should I buy?
We offer discounted rates for children ages 2 to 12.


If we are a larger group, do we get to stay together during the tour?
Yes, no matter how big your group is, we always keep you together!


How early should we arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time.

Does the pedicab tour end at the same location from which it begins?
Yes, you will be returned to the same location or can finish anywhere upon request.


Can I bring food or drink with me on the tour?
Yes, you may bring food and drink on the pedicab. 'Alcohol' in special occasions its ok


Can we stop and take photos?
Absolutely! Just let your driver know and we'll be more than happy to make a stop so you can capture some breathtaking photos!


Does the tour go out if it rains?
Our pedicabs are covered, so our tours usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. In the rare case where we are forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.


Do you provide blankets in cold or chilly weather?
Yes, we have blankets available to keep everyone warm and cozy in each of our pedicabs!


Are there public restrooms available?
Yes! There are public restrooms available in Central Park. During our tour, we will make stops, so you can have the chance to use the restroom.


Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Fold-able wheelchairs can be accommodated on the pedicab. If you happen to have a battery-powered or motorized wheelchair will be locked in safe.


Is the tip included in the price of the tour?
Tips are not included in the price of the tour. If you enjoyed the tour, then you are welcome to tip your guide or driver if you had an excellent time!
